We base our fees upon the complexity of the case, as well as the client’s particular goals, so there is no fixed amount that we charge. We offer an initial, free consultation during which we will discuss the details of your case and provide a formal price quote for our services. We offer either flat rate or hourly billing arrangements.

An attorney’s qualifications are a big factor in determining the fee. You will find that lawyers with superior qualifications generally charge more because of their credentials. You will also find, however, that our fees are still quite reasonable even though all of our lawyers are Board Certified Criminal Law Specialists!
